"Great find. We would stay again"

Large room. Quiet and Clean. Comfortable bed. Good pillows. AC worked well and wasn't to loud. Ability to watch Netflix on their TV. Access to Parking Lot from sliding door.

Toilet was too low. Bathroom was a little dark. A second comfy chair would have been nice.

"Not really worth the hype."

The night view and morning walk around the pond were nice. The breakfast was amazing and the ladies working it at 7am were the nicest.

The Hotel is very much in need of new things, like new headboards in room 103, new flooring in room 110, the weird closet in 110 should have been cleaned. The sliding glass door didn't work for room 110 but after calling and asking how to open it was told it was in need of repairs and couldn't be opened and was offered 1 free breakfast. The pool and hot tub were lacking which was one of the reasons for booking at this hotel. There was weird old crusted on soap on the disgusting shampoo, and body wash dispenser in the shower. Room 110 had a dead fly smashed to the wall and pretty sure one of the two mattresses or the sheet was stained.

Our reservation was lost and we couldn't stay.

We arrived to check in with confirmation number and print out and found we were not in the system. After spending the day with family after a funeral we expected to finally relax. We could not get a room anywhere in town and had to drive hours to get back to our home.
