Was in Tivoli and decided to stay in Victoria Terme Hotel! From the outside everything seemed perfect, but on reflection this hotel and it was a 4 star hotel was a complete disaster from the beginning! Bedroom and en-suite seemed pretty dated and needed refurbishment! Breakfast offerings were poor and very limited! During the stay, there were no facilities for getting drinks as the bar wasn’t opened! This hotel in reality is a 2 star hotel! Definitely will not be returning again!
