Nothing about the property itself. Fortunately, I left after 12 hours and moved to another hotel that was clean, with easy access to the sea and pool, and significantly cheaper.

We had a terrible experience as a family. The rooms and beds were dirty, and the two-level layout with stairs felt unsafe for children. The air conditioning couldn’t cool the rooms, and the water was yellow. The TV and WiFi did not work, and we also had no electricity for several hours. Getting around was inconvenient, as you need to rely on a buggy that can take around 7 minutes to arrive. We left the property after 12 hours as no solutions were provided at reception, and they refused to offer any compensation.

The rooms are relatively spacious and offer a nice sea view.

We received a dirty room with a bad smell. During the night, I felt something bite me, which turned out to be a cockroach. We called multiple times to fix the hot water, and after about 6 hours it was “fixed,” but the water was yellow and unusable. We couldn’t shower or even wash our face. I left after one night, and they refused to refund the remaining nights.

Etwas abgelegen auf der Insel, aber insgesamt sehr schöne Lage am Meer mit schönem Strandabschnitt (am längsten Sonne am Abend). In der Strasse vor dem Hotel gibts zudem sehr leckere Restaurants und einen 7/11. Das Frühstück war lecker, im Pool Restaurant war das Essen ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Die Matratzen waren wie erwähnt etwas hart, wir konnten aber sehr gut schlafen. Die Wassergläser am Morgen wirkten teils nicht so sauber.

Die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft schön. Wie im Dschungel:) So schön grün. Frühstück auch sehr lecker und gut. Wir sind bestimmt nicht zum letzten mal dort gewesen….

Die Zimmer hätten etwas besser gereinigt werden können.
