Riva del Sole

Great property, but it is helpful to have a car. Taxis are very expensive. Bus to Bari is a doable option. David was helpful at the pool and reception bar. Breakfast is well managed —and tasty. Cleaning staff was helpful and kind. Antonio in animation was EXTREMELY helpful with kids!

We enjoyed our 1 week stay. Breakfast was excellent and rooms were clean. The service at the beach restaurant was chaotic. If you have your own transport there are better options in the neighbouring towns. David, the really friendly cocktail expert, deserves a special mention. He took great pride in preparing some special drinks. Thankyou David

On est très loin d'un 4 étoiles. Une plage en béton alors que sur les photos on le voit pas, une chambre normale sans plus, une douche minuscule alors qu'il y a la place de faire plus grand, drôle de choix. Une piscine magnifique mais là encore déceptive, il faut un bonnet de bain, personne ne nous le dit avant d'arriver donc il faut payer et plus cher que dans le commerce, idem pour une serviette de bain, du jamais vu dans un 4 étoiles ! Le service est moyen, à un endroit on nous dit qu'on a droit au parasol et transat, on arrive sur la plage c'est non et finalement l'accueil dit oui !! Au restaurant ils se trompent sur un plat on a attendu un temps interminable pour avoir le vrai plat et pour avoir un dessert, temps d'attente de 1h30 de plus. C'est bon mais ce n'est pas non plus transcendant... Le matin petit déjeuner international mais il faut réclamer du lait !! Le café n'est pas en libre service et il faut faire la queue dès le matin bof pour un 4 étoiles !! Le dernier soir on nous fait garer dans un terrain qui ressemble plus à un terrain vague qu'à un parking avec la voiture de location. Et comme vous montrez votre mécontentement le lendemain même pas le droit à au revoir...et des petits détails douche petite et joint sale, une chaîne antivol pour fermer une grille qui enclot la piscine. La prestation ne vaut pas le tarif. La plupart des photos ne refletent pas l'état de l'hôtel. Je ne conseille vraiment pas.

This property was great. Close to eve we needed and with great amenities!! Would absolutely recommend !!

Just coming to the end of a fantastic holiday at Riva Del Sole Hotel, the location is ideally situated just outside of Bari and the property is one of the best I have stayed in. All of the staff are amazing from the security guard at the entrance, cleaning team, beach club and restaurant, reception, and apologies if I have left anyone out, can’t leave this review without a special mention to “David” the bartender who is so friendly and accommodating, he also makes a really good Mojito. I will miss this hotel when we leave and will definitely return to experience the excellent hospitality shown to us on our first trip to Italy.

Pegamos uma suite reformada, bem higienizada,

Personnel très aimable, chambres bien propres, restaurant délicieux. Offre de boîte déjeuner car notre vol était tôt le matin. Belles installations extérieures avec beaux arbres et fleurs; mais au 26 mai la piscine n’était pas ouverte et les installations de terrasse côté mer étaient incomplètes. Tout de même je recommande cet endroit!

nice views and on the ocean but pool wasn't open advertised things to do could not be done like bike rental none there breakfast was great and bartender was amazing

Ottima struttura sicuramente riandremo

Aan de receptie vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel..die ook de engelse taal spreken. De schoonmaakploeg binnen en buiten verdienen zeker een pluim..evenzo de bewaakte parking waar 24 uur iemand aanwezig is.
