Abyssanto Suites & Spa

We stayed in Abyssanto for 4 nights, we loved the views, the room was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. We were located 30 min walk from Fira town center, and preferred to stay in Imervogli, which is much more laid back and relaxing than the city center of Fira. Hotel staff was helpful in dealing with the airline issues we had on the way flying back from Santorini to Rome.

Hotel was ok, small, small pool, most of the staff was amazing, but I hated the manager, tried to talk me into things I did not want, made me feel bad, very pushy, he ruined my experience at the hotel. But the views from the hotel and your room were absolutely magnificent!!!

This hotel is in a fabulous location atop the hill of Imerovigli, overlooking the caldera and Oia to the north. The staff is superbly friendly and helpful. Rooms are pretty cool, with accent lighting and the smooth multicolored painted concrete surfaces. Linen is high end and comfortable. Bathroom (at least in my room) was extremely small, and using the shower would get water everywhere. I wish that the pool were open later than it is officially, but it was easy enough to poach a late night swim under the moonlight after reception was closed.

The staff were as helpful as could be! There made our trip. Cocktails by the pool were great and they recommended the best restaurants & activities

Wow What a Location What a View Great staff I'll be back

We had a wonderful stay at Abyssanto for 6 days. Staff was very hospitable and gave us great personal recommendations for restaurants, directions and activities. I would recommend this hotel 100%. When booking I was choosing between a hotel in Oia and Abyssanto in Imerovigli and I am so happy that we stayed at Abyssanto. Oia while beautiful was extremely chaotic with tourists and the views at our hotel were just as good or better than in Oia. From this location we were able to hike into Oia ( 14 mile round trip or take a taxi) and we took mulitple trips into Thira ( 25 min walk). It was the best of both worlds and we can't wait to visit again !

Abyssanto Suites and Spa is a gorgeous hotel on the cliff's of the caldera. The view is the most amazing thing I have ever seen. The staff were very friendly and took the time to suggest itineraries and events for us to enjoy during our stay. We did not take advantage of the spa services but they looked very relaxing. The hotel is small but this is common with the ones located on the cliff. The only item I wish was more clear was the balconies are not private, they are more of a communal space. We were told that one of the tables was designated for our room; however, occasionally another guest was using it. However, one of the most amazing highlights of this hotel is the fresh breakfast served to your room everyday! It was delicious and they switched up the options every day. Thank-you Abyssanto for the wonderful stay.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is nice and comfortable in a great location. Breakfast was great and staff service was excellence.

Abyssanto Spa Hotel has great friendly staff who did all they could to make our stay perfect. Costas met us at the airport with a great smile, he told us a little about the island during the drive to the hotel. At the hotel lovely Vivienna greeted us, she gave us information that the hotel provides incuding boats trips, car hire, spa treatments and anything else we wanted, nothing was too much trouble for them, even trying to teach us a few Greek phrases. Special thanks to Agi who made wonderful breakfasts and cooked delicious meals catering for my milk allergy. Our rooms were spotlessly clean, with big comfy beds and magnificent views of the Caldera. Thank you to Panagiotis for letting us keep our room until the evening flight we really appreciated your kindness and generosity. Santorini is a beautiful island.
