molto curato, nei minimi dettagli, dal gusto molto fine e raffinato. Pulizia ottima, personale gentilissimo e cordiale. Consigliato!!!!

Camera pulitissima e ben disposta con giardino. Posto molto tranquillo ideale per un po di relax durante la visita di Pisa e dintorni. Personale molto cordiale ti fa sentire come a casa tua. Colazione ricca e abbondante. Assolutamente consigliabile sia di passaggio che per una vacanza di più giorni vista la posizione strategica

The B & B is difficult to find without a GPS. If A TV station in english or an internet connection is important this is not the place for you. The room was very good. The shower was very small, could hardly turn around. The lady that operated the inn was very nice.

Really excellent, lady of the house could not be kinder or more helpful. You would need your own transport to stay here.

Personale molto cordiale e ottime indicazioni di ulteriori itinerari/mete e ristoranti locali. Stanza molto accogliente, bagno un pò piccolo. Noi eravamo al piano terra e potevamo usare il giardino molto curato. Posizione strategica e silenzioso, l'ideale per visitare Pisa che è raggiungibile in auto in 10 minuti, e Lucca tramite una strada panoramica collinare raggiungibile in 30/45 minuti.

Pisa holidays is in a residential area only 7km from the airport and quite close to the tourist attractions. The room is spacious and very clean and breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. There is also a large communal lounge area for guests use. The only off putting thing about our stay was a large list of written rules about things you can and cannot do, the main one being not eating in the rooms. The owner speaks a little English and is anxious to please. Note that check in seems tricky after 10pm! We would use again for an airport stopover.

Struttura ben tenuta, pulita e tranquilla. La titolare è cortese e sempre disponibile. consigliabile a chi preferisce un soggiorno al di fuori dei classici anonimi hotel. La distanza da piazza dei Miracoli non è eccessiva, ed il centro è facilmente raggiungibile. Unico piccolo neo, manca la connessione Wi fi , ma se ne fa volentieri a meno!

This is a B&B with a very nice staff. Easy to find. Very big room and bathroom. Breakfast was average.

The owners are friendly and treated us like a family. Breakfast is ok with cereals, toast, croissant, fruits but no meat and hot meals. Apparently it's something to do with the regulation according to the lady owner Daniela. The rooms were modern and good size. The only thing is you need to have a car as there's only one bus that goes there. And the bus comes three times in the morning and four times in the afternoon. Also there is a good pizzeria nearby which closes until late. All in all the experience was good.
