"Roza -hotelli Portorozissa Sloveniassa"

Hotelli on erinomaisella paikalla lähellä rantaa keskustan tuntumassa. Pieni elintarvikekauppa, leipäkauppa ja muutama ravintola on vastapäätä. Hotelli on osa Metropol -hotellia, jossa tarjoiltiin puolihoitoon kuuluva erinomaisen monipuolinen buffet illallinen. Roza ja Metropol ovat vierekkäin. Aamiainen tarjottiin Rozassa. Se sisälsi normaalit aamiaistarvikkeet. Rozan huoneet tarvitsisivat peruskorjauksen, ne eivät täytä 4-tähden hotellin tasoa. Kokolattiamatto on likainen, tapetit on osittain irti seinästä ja niitä on revitty. Ilmeisesti kokolattiamaton takia huoneessa oli tunkkainen haju. Kylpyhuone on hyvä, se on ilmeisesti peruskorjattu lähimenneisyydessä. Huoneen ilmaistointi toimi hyvn, parveke on mukavan kokoinen ja näköala merelle paransi viihtyvyyttä. Pesula toimi tehokkaasti ja se oliedullinen, pestävät vaatteet sai puhtaina seuraavaksi päiväksi. Henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällistä ja kielitaitoista. Asiakkaita palveltiin monilla kielillä, englanti,saksa, italia, venäjä.
