Sometimes my key didn’t work

It was easy to find. Lots of parking. Staff was friendly and professional. Continental breakfast was a nice surprise Bed and pillows were comfy. Room was clean and well presented.

Everything was great for what we needed!

Even though our reservation had been confirmed by Booking.com, when we arrived at 2 a.m., there was no room available for us. The reception staff told us that a "Confirmed" status on Booking.com means nothing and that the room is not actually guaranteed unless you receive an additional confirmation from their own reservation system. We spent the next hour desperately trying to find a room in the area, but everything was fully booked. It was an awful experience and completely unacceptable. We had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com, yet we were left without accommodation in the middle of the night and had to sleep in our car. This was the first time we have ever experienced such a situation.

Breakfast was good had lots of choices

The shower water temp was hard to regulate. Maybe because stayed on third floor.

We stayed in hotel for 2 nights, the front desk service was okey, didn’t gave much information, said that breakfast is till 10:30, gave the key, did not say anything about housekeeping service, didn’t mention the floor or other stuff what they provide to guests. In the room everything looked fine, the room was clean, but the shampoo in the washroom was empty and we couldn’t get the tv on, because it required some code that we did not get. My room was near the towel shaft and on my first night i have dirty towels that i don’t wanna have laying around, so i put one big towel into the shaft. The next morning we went to breakfast around 10:10 (since it’s till 10:30) the lunch lady was not happy that we showed up, was rude that we’re late, but the front desk provided us different information and we tried to explain it to the lady, but she was strict about breakfast being till 10 and after that no food or service. Eventually she agreed to give us some milk for coffee and some juice. About the towels…. For my surprise when we checked out i saw i am being charged over20$ for the towel? Immediately i contacted the hotel through booking chat i was trying to figure out what happened and why i am being charged. They said they have a missing towel… i was explaining the situation about the towel shaft, i told them the time when i threw it away and they can check the cameras but they were hardly communicating with me. After 24hours not having a response i texted again and after some time they replied that they cannot check the cameras and after that they never texted me back, i am left on seen. I was very unhappy with the communication and lack of understanding after i explained everything. For myself i work at a hotel and we never charge for missing towels and especially when i left room striped down, the linens of the bed, the towels were put in one place to make their job easier and they have the audacity to count towels and charge me for it?
