Balkon war sehr dreckig, stark in die Jahre gekommen

We recently stayed at Karma Bavaria and overall had a pleasant experience. The standout aspect of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Leony at the Front Office was incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout our visit. In the restaurant, Erblina Loshaj and Maria Brust were equally attentive and accommodating. These three individuals truly stood out from the rest of the team and are a real asset to the Karma Group. The location is excellent, and our room was clean, comfortable, and offered a lovely view. However, there are some areas that need improvement. The food was disappointing and lacked variety. Expecting guests to eat pizza on most occasions is simply not acceptable for a resort of this standard. Karma should consider hiring a specialised chef to provide a broader and higher-quality dining experience. In addition, the balcony area outside Room 115 was filthy and clearly requires better maintenance and regular cleaning. Overall, the excellent staff, great location, and clean accommodation made our stay enjoyable, but improvements to the food offering and maintenance standards would significantly enhance the guest experience

Die Couch war leider durchgelegen und die eine männliche Bedienung beim Frühstück war sehr laut/unfreundlich zu seinen Mitarbeitern, fanden wir jetzt vor den Hotelgästen nicht so professionell.

Geen opmerkingen over hotel op zich. Je zag duidelijke verbouwing naar upgrade. Jammer van lawaai v andere gasten dat heel goed hoorbaar was tijdens de nacht.
