This place use to be nice

I don't like Bangla road. There is very horrible and This area is not at all for the family.

Overpriced!!!I've been to better 5-Star hotels.

Amazing service! Very friendly, excellent buffet, 2 pools, in the beach and right in the middle of Patong. Everything you could possibly want.

This hotel was nice and clean, professional staff and the complimentary mini bar was a nice touch

When we arrived at the villa we were greeted by an amazing staff from the security , front desk, maids and every staff in the hotel. Everyone was super helpful in helping us get acquainted with Patong Beach. Great hotel, great location steps from the beach and close to everything in the city to walk most places. Great hotel and the private pool was awesome too. Will definelty be back.

All the staffs are very polite and friendly. I loved the room, amenities and breakfast - especially Thai dishes were tasty. I only stayed one night in Patong at La Flora so it was a perfect location to walk around the town. Just so that some future guests will know, there is a beach club close by so it’s a little noisy till midnight; and if you like to enjoy the beach, it’s better to walk up south for the cleaner part of the beach. The beach in front of the hotel is kind of crowded.

This hotel is a quiet, upscale oasis in the midst of it all. Staff was great and very accommodating. Loved the amazing breakfast. Great property!

Great location right on Patong Beach with poolside chairs that look out onto the beach. There are two pools in the hotel and they were both relatively empty all three days that we were there which was nice. The rooms are decent, but I did expect a bit more luxury from a five-star hotel, especially for the price compared to other properties in the area. There was also a lot of construction going on around the hotel, making it pretty noisy and not very relaxing.

The location was a mixed bag—perfect for beach access (the beach itself is very crowded) but also right in the thick of things at Patong Beach (hordes of tourists and lots of street noise). I wasn’t ready for that. Still, it provided a nice respite from the intensity of the city. The staff was great, and the breakfast was terrific. My main complaint is that the hotel is starting to show wear and tear on the furnishings, the pool, etc. so I wasn’t thrilled with paying five star prices at a property that really doesn’t deliver a five star feel anymore. The fitness room was also small and rather sparse, but I was the only one in it so not a big deal. Overall our stay was fine, but if I go back to Pating Beach I will stay in a less expensive place—and one in a quieter location. Saw many options nearby.
