"Wonderful place to travel at Patong Beach"

The La Flora Resort was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful about everything. The keep the property clean and safe. They foresee tourist questions and have answers ready and suggestions. The staff was accommodating, helped plan excursions, suggested restaurants, provided safety tips, and scheduled transportation. The menus were great with a blend of Thai, Seafood and modern western dishes.

"Mosquitoes make the room unbearable "

Nice room, friendly staff, but I have 20 mosquito bites on my legs because there were mosquitoes in the room. Unacceptable given the room cost

It was clean, comfortable, well located and the staff were amazing. Not much else you can ask for. A lot of people say it isn’t a true 5 star but I feel I got good value for the money. You get what you pay for.

"Beautiful resort, exceptional customer service "

Absolutely beautiful, the customer service was impeccable. The room was very comfortable with direct access to the pool and very close to the beach. Breakfast was great with a good selection. I will definitely stay here again. One thing I’d like to advise is the hot water for shower could be a little warmer. But truely I stay in many hotels around the world and La Flora has quickly jumped to the highest ranks on my list.

Lived our 4 night stay. Great location, very nice rooms and the staff was beyond wonderful. They went out of their way to assist and made us feel at home. Patong is a very lively area sand it is packed. I would recommend booking day trips by boat to Phi Phi and/ or James Bond Island
