Fantastic experience. The staff were super helpful and friendly, they couldn’t do enough for you. The pool villa was great size, high quality and lots of space. The main pool had a great view, restaurant right next to it, so great for breakfast lunch or dinner. good food/vibe. BBQ on the beach on Saturday night with a fire show. Easy shuttle/pick up from airport. Can also order food to the room which was handy. Easy to order a Grab taxi to close by attractions

The location is perfect for a relaxing beach/pool holiday away from the crowds. The gardens are beautiful. The villa with a private pool is delightful. The staff are very friendly. A very well run hotel.

Da piscina na vila.

Localização longe de tudo, primeiros serviços a 20 minutos a pé. Zona de praia fraca, rochosa, mar pelos joelhos. Decidimos interromper a estadia após uma noite e mudar de hotel. Quando questionamos acerca do reembolso disseram para falar com o booking, logo de seguida tivemos de assinar um documento contra reembolso. Mais tarde o booking disse que era com o alojamento que não reembolso. Não foi de encontro às expectativas.
