El trato del personal, como Fran, mimo y cuidado hasta el último detalle de la habitación con el pack de bienvenida romántico solicitado. El desayuno, muy cómodo y variado ( en frios y calientes)

La cama de matrimonio, son dos camas individuales unidas, con lo que dormir en pareja en el centro de la cama, se había un tanto incómodo.

La ubicación excelente, el desayuno genial, la atención en persona muy buena y la habitación genial (excepto detalles que comento abajo). Destacar el recibimiento al entrar de la recepcionista y los camareros del desayuno majísimos! La verdad que repetiría.

Quizás mejoraría la limpieza de la habitación y el mantenimiento, pues algunas partes se notaba limpieza deficiente o mantenimiento inadecuado, además, y diría que los precios del restaurante un poco desorbitados: 18€ una hamburguesa y 15€ el babaganush . También añadiría que la atención telefónica respecto al funcionamiento de los espacios termales fue un poco deficiente, me hubiera gustado que me hubieran explicado más detalladamente en qué consistía cada uno de los espacios y cómo era.

Entorno inigualable y personal muy atento. La habitación cómoda y bien decorada y equipada.

Sólo echamos en falta no hay servicio de habitaciones para comidas y bebidas y el minibar estaba vacío.

El hotel está aún en buenas condiciones comparado con el hotel Continental. Muy buen desayuno y habitaciones espaciosas

Al ser un hotel donde prioriza la madera se nota ya una falta de mantenimiento. No es aún un punto urgente pero sería conveniente en empezar a pensar en hacer alguna reforma
