Personal super agradable y vistas inmejorables

En la habitacion 105 había un ruido continuo y bastante molesto se aviso en recepción se nos dijo que eso era debido a la campana extractora de la cocina pero que cuando volviera ya no se escucharía pero no fue así y el sonido estuvo toda la noche haciendo que la estancia fuese bastante incomoda

Todo excepcional. Habitación amplia y confortable. ducha y bañera separada. Aseos y lavabos independientes. Vestidor bien ubicado. El desayuno muy completo.

Hemos estado durante un fin de semana con mucha nieve. Han caido unos 40 - 50 cm. Al preguntar en recepción si había taxis o otros medios de ayuda en caso de que no pudieramos bajar con nuestros coches no proporcionaron ninguna ayuda para buscar alternativas. El hotel se desentiende de si llegas o te vas con riesgo de quedarte tirado en medio de ese puerto de carretera complicado.

Las vistas con la nieve son impresionantes.

El colapso con el aparcamiento, al ser un sitio tan concurrido deberían tener previsto de que si nieva tenerlo limpio para que los coches puedan aparcar.. Tardan mucho en servirte la comida... Pedí una había con vistas al lago es más pague por ello y me pusieron una con vistas a la montaña.. pagar por un servicio que no me están dando me parece fatal
