Bonjour, Nous avions réservé deux nuits dans votre hôtel et nous nous sommes enregistrés vers 18h00–19h00. Cependant, dès le lendemain matin, nous avons été contraints de quitter l’établissement en raison de la très mauvaise qualité des prestations et des conditions d’hébergement. L’état de la chambre ainsi que la qualité générale de l’hôtel ne correspondaient absolument pas au niveau annoncé ni au prix payé. Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par notre expérience et il nous était impossible de poursuivre notre séjour dans ces conditions. Nous vous demandons donc d’examiner notre réclamation et d’envisager un remboursement pour la nuit non utilisée. Dans l’attente de votre réponse. Cordialement, Igor
