Hotel Rural Puerto Mágina

El entorno era maravilloso,las vistas espectaculares, el personal majisimo

La piscina estaba super descuidada, no funcionaban las duchas, el agua de la piscina super turbia, verdosa, el apartamento para el precio que tiene bastante precario, el sofá incomodisimo, las habitaciones o no las habían limpiado o lo hicieron fatal, las sábanas, toallas, colchas y cortinas llenas de lamparones y goterones sospechosos, el baño que en un principio estaba recién limpiado, tenía el precinto el wc como de desinfectado y olía a pis y estaba sucio con manchas, la bañera asquerosa, la cortina de la bañera con moho, el marco de la puerta del baño bastante destartalado, había polvo en los muebles, las sillas de la sala de estar también sucias en la tapicería, no había ni una triste bayeta para dar un repaso, no volveremos más, por ese precio me pago un hotel de calidad

The property is in a lovely location

The room was filthy, bed sheets dirty and worn with hairs in them. Shower was a trickle and nowhere to hand the shower head. Mold and muck on walls and dead bugs splatter on walls in bedroom and the toilet seat was loose but so was the whole toilet it was just sat in place and not fitted to the wall or floor both my daughter and partner fell off it!

Personnel très agréable, restaurant super avec le soir un chanteur ,cadre magnifique perdu au milieu des montagnes et des oliviers,domage que les extérieurs de l hotel ne soient pas entretenus ...bien domage

It was very quiet, the food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Our small dog was made very welcome as well.

Location - views, proximity to Sierra Magina Park and convenience for some walking routes. Return visit after several years. Helpful waiter although he was busy. Reversible aircon/heating - it was cold at night! Food was better than last time and breakfast buffet more varied. Daily housekeeping on request.

Reliance on QR codes which we couldn't work so, eg could not utilise hotel's information on walks; no paper menu so had to rely on waiter who just gave us one meal option each day (although dishes were mostly good) . On arrival we had to ask again for a twin bedded room, although this had been requested at booking and hotel was not even close to full. Room was cold and dark. WiFi only in bar and restaurant areas. Bathroom supplies very limited, eg no cups.
