DEIm Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Nach einer Fehlbuchung bekamen wir sogar ein Upgrade fürs Zimmer :-) Zimmer und Hotel waren sehr sauber, das Personal überaus freundlich. Frühstück war ausreichend, lecker, für jeden etwas dabei. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich der Außenpool, den man kostenlos nutzen kann. Das Hotel kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
Die Preise fürs Parken, ob im Parkhaus oder auf der Straße, sind unverschämt teuer.

V tuš kabini je bila kanaleta zamašena. Večerja je znašala 30€ na osebo, za ta denar bi zagotovo pričakovala bolj bogat in raznolik nabor hrane.

Das Speisen - Angebot der Halbpension.....
GBLocation was perfect - short walk into Portoroz along the seafront. There are a couple of restaurants just over the road - we particularly liked the seafood restaurant. The rooms were comfortable and we had a balcony with a view across to the beach. The indoor swimming pool and terrace area is lovely- it is a salt water pool and whilst we were there it was a temperature of between 27 and 36 degrees. There is also a hot tub. There is a Spar supermarket just over the road and the bus to Piran (less than 10 minutes away) stops just outside the hotel. There was a cocktail of the day for €5 and it was lovely to sit on the terrace in the evening enjoying the warm temperature. Staff was very helpful and spoke good English. Plenty of choice at breakfast.
There wasn’t a lounge area so nowhere to sit if you didn’t want to sit at a restaurant table or outside. The restaurant was buffet style - there was plenty of choice but it wasn’t very hot when we went in at about 8pm. Good for families or groups but not conducive to a relaxed evening meal. The outside pool was across the road, next to the beach, but looked a bit like a public pool - there was a nice pool bar, but we used the hotel indoor pool which was much nicer.

Just the onboarding was more than complicated. We got a „genius“ booking upgrade, so they gave us a room, that was not made. Then we got a smaller room, and finally we got a room we really enjoyed. Took us roughly 1 hour until we got it straightened out…
