Beautiful venue and enthusiastic staff. We went to knysna for a family wedding. Belvedere manor is a lovely wedding location. Ample comfortable accommodation and stunning views. The cottage we stayed in was lovely. Clean fresh and spacious.

We booked a Deluxe Room Garden View and I'm guessing we must have been upgraded because what we got was a 3 bedroom house! The welcome at reception and then the irrepressible 'Jeffrey' was great, rooms were spotless, beds / linen very comfortable, breakfast spread was good and all in a beautiful garden setting overlooking the lake in a collection of colonial style cottages / houses.

Delightful cottage with view of gardens, pool and Knysna lagoon. Staff so friendly and helpful, especially Jeffrey who has been there since 1985. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had friends visiting from Europe and we thought that Belvidere Manor would be a perfect base to explore Knysna and surrounds. My wife and i spent a weekend there in June and we enjoyed it so much that we planned a second trip. Everything was as we expected. The rooms are well laid out, very comfortable. Service from ever busy Jeffrey and his was exceptional. Whether we were just relaxing over a G&T enjoying the view of the lagoon or breakfasting on the terrace, we could find no faults. We will definitely visit again
