השירות לקוחות היה גרוע, תמיד היה צריך לחכות למישהו בקבלה. הלובי היה מבולגן באנו לחדר והיינו צריכים לרדוף אחרי הקבלה בשביל שיסדרו את המזגן. היה כוסות לקפה בלי הקומקום, התקשרנו לבקש קומקום, לא קיבלנו. החדר במצב לא טוב בכלל, טלוויזיה קטנה עקומה ולא עובדת. כשביקשנו מגבות הביאו לנו אחת, כשאנחנו 2.

Понравилось месторасположение, цена, еда. Персонал в столовой из Шри Ланки..

Долгое размещение, персонал на ресепшен сказал, счас докурю и выдам полотенце (для бассейна), много комаров! В номере, на третьем этаже, всю ночь спать не давали. И это при закрытом окне и кондиционере!

The room was clean. The staff on the reception was attentive. The staff in the dining room was really helpful and smiling! Both breakfast and dinner were good with many options to choose. The game room for children is small, but nice to spent the a little time. We coud leave at 2pm on Saturday, which was good.

They never change the sheets in the room. There weren't blankets in the reception for swimming pool.
