Beautiful property!

Furnishings are very dated and although the property was clearly ‘clean’, it didn’t feel clean because of the age and frumpiness of the furnishings.

Gavin, our host went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. He was friendly, and prompt in communication leading up to our stay. Everything has been thought of in the accommodation to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. We really appreciated the sausages, bacon and eggs left in the fridge for breakfast - all sourced from local business and their own chooks - very tasty. Would definitely stay here again.

"Weather was just perfect . Garden in full flowers and the dog just loved to play on the grass ."

Breakfast we had plenty of choices . Excellent pure Vittoria coffee for plungers or in coffee bags & freeze dried coffee & a great range of many different teas . Cereals 3 varieties. Bacon and sausages , tomatoes and egged to make a delicious breakfast . Great kitchen who had everything on offer that was needed to make a nice breakfast.

"Fantastic - not to be missed!"

This was the best accommodation we encountered on our trip through northern NSW. The property is set in a large garden, which attracted many colourful birds, especially the rainbow lorikeets. Our room was very spacious, and well-provided with everything we needed for a most comfortable visit. We were delighted to take advantage of Gavin's tasty dinner option on our first evening after a long drive, and of a dip in the pool after a hot day exploring the local area.

Our hosts were extremely friendly, polite, and kind.

We didn't have any negative experiences with the property, lots of road works around Coffs at the moment though.
