Bon emplacement à proximité de la gare et du centre ville.

Expérience insatisfaisante. La chambre ne correspondait pas tout à fait aux photos du site, en réalité l'aspect de la chambre est vieillot, avec un équipement spartiate, pas de rangement pour le linge, une serviette de toilette trouée, pas de wifi. Et pas de clim en cette période de canicule.

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de la jeune fille à la réception le matin de notre départ. Elle a été à l'écoute et nous as très bien renseigné. Un grand merci à elle.

Le fait de ne pas avoir eu quelqu'un au téléphone. Nous avions laissé un message sur le répondeur du n° d'urgence le vendredi matin mais nous avons eu AUCUN retour! Pour une arrivée le samedi.

La proximité avec la gare et le confort de la literie

La chaleur insupportable dans la chambre, le ventilateur est inutile au vu de la chaleur dans la chambre. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit au vu de la vie qui ne s'arrête jamais dans la rue ( cris et j'en passe). Des clim ne seraient vraiment pas de trop pour le confort des clients.
