When we arrived at the room the bed was completely full of ants. We informed the front desk and told them we wanted a refund and go to a different hotel. They did not refund the money and we went to another hotel. Not a nice experience during your holiday.

Room was very clean. Spacious. Air con excellent. Breakfast very good. Staff very good. Room cleaned to a very high standard, even air freshener when done.

Some noise. Not sure where it came from, but it sounded like someone's air con. Curtains too flimsy to block out the light. TV access not in English and difficult to change language. YouTube, etc, needed a pass code, did. not find one.

Hoe de booking was handeld by booking.com. com. I was told that the change was possible but booking.com woud not allowed it.
