Review: “Five stars? Maybe just on the hotel’s flag…” The only things that truly deserve five stars here are the view and the friendliness of the staff – and for that, full credit. The rest feels more like a creative interpretation of what four stars (or less) should be. Breakfast? Basic, bland, and far from what you’d expect at a hotel claiming to be luxurious. The pool? More like a large bathtub by a busy road – relaxing to the sounds of motorbikes and the aroma of diesel fumes is a unique experience that really no one should pay luxury rates for. Rooms and bathrooms clearly haven’t been updated in years – the decor is tired, and time has left its mark in every corner. Comfort? More budget than boutique. Yes, the price was lower than actual five-star hotels – and that’s a relief, because otherwise someone might feel truly ripped off. The conclusion? As always: there’s no such thing as a free lunch. And if someone tries to convince you this is a luxury hotel – let them spend their own vacation there, souvenir motorcycle muffler in hand.

We had the best stay here for my husband’s birthday. The staff were very knowledgeable and couldn’t help enough, they were all so lovely. The hotel is in a perfect location being away from all the hustle and bustle but it is still a quick drive to Fira and Oia. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was absolutely beautiful, the views were amazing with a nice sized balcony with table and sun beds. We hired a car and drove around the island but the hotel offers transfers at a reasonable price. There’s a spa in the hotel with lots of treatments available which we used on our last day, lovely end to the perfect break. Thank you again!

This hotel was a dream, and the staff made our entire vacation feel special, from the first greeting to the goodbye at check-out. We got upgraded to a room with jacuzzi overlooking the Caldera and we never had a more perfect room or more romantic vacation.

Everyone and everything was great. Beautiful people always there to help and make us feel loved and special. The place itself is gorgeous. We recommend this place 100%. We will definitely come back.

Everything was great overall and the accommodations were really nice. Would just recommend they get better drivers for transportation. The couples massage was great, and the rooms were very nice. Really no complaints aside from the drivers and transportation vehicles.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the caldera that you could never tire of. The service is on a whole other level—attentive, genuine, and full of delightful surprises throughout our stay. If every hotel operated like the Santorini Princess, reviews would be unnecessary. It’s that good. Tip: If you plan to use transportation during your stay, go with the hotel’s service. We took a taxi from Oia to the hotel one evening and ended up paying €10 more than the hotel’s rate.
