My main complaint was that we felt the room was not as represented on the hotels.com website. The garbage bin was NOT emptied as it had rotting banana peels in it upon our arrival. The mattresses on the beds were certainly NOT Select comfort, premium beds. They were extremely hard and uncomfortable mattresses. After letting the front desk know about the garbage in the room, they did not come to collect it during our stay there. It was still sitting in the bin outside of the door where I placed it when we left in the morning. In addition the mini fridge was not working and there was NO WIFI in the room as advertised.

Catastrophe

il marque, qu'ils ont un gymnase...belle photo...mais l'equipement desuet. Cette etablissement n'a aucun poste americain...la seule station de film, ne marchais pas tres loin de l'action de Marrakesh. Le frigidaire dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas

Great hotel for the price. Clean room and nice balcony with view of mountains in the distance. Good breakfast and lovely clean swimming pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to the centre very good! Only complaint was the bed and pillows were uncomfortable

Séjour magnifique Le personnel de l'hôtel a tous fait pour qu'on soit bien soit le personnel de la réception ou ceux du restaurant et même les femmes de ménage étais au petit soin. Un grand merci a Mme fatima qui étais toujours souriante et au peti soin pour que notre séjour soit super agréable Le restaurant étais super propre et bien garnis avec beaucoup de choix,la piscine est super propre er bien ensoleillé du coup on peux se baigné a n'importe quel moment de la journée en plus on peux accédé à tous les monument de la ville via la navette gratuite proposé par l'hôtel chaque 2h.

Le séjour s'est bien passé dans l'ensemble,personnel courtois et accueillant à l'exception d'une seule personne parmi celles qui gèrent les serviettes à la piscine.le point négatif c'est la piscine : carrelage très glissant pour les enfants et manque de serviettes même quand la piscine est à moitié vide .

Nique , deuxième séjour là bas et tout s’est bien dérouler !
