Lovely accommodations and extremely courteous and helpful guest desk staff.

Great location, lovely suite, friendly and professional staff. All in all a very positive experience. I'd stay again without question.

Checked in at 10:30 Maryam had arranged for an ice cold bottle of Chardonnay to be waiting in our room. The room was lovely with a pool view Breakfast was served in their beautiful dining room and was delicious The valet was convenient as well Great location

Beautiful boutique hotel with fantastic pool & hot tub. Love the restaurant & easy valet parking with EV chargers. Spacious rooms with well appointed baths & very comfortable beds.

Stayed at L'Hermitage after a cruise. Was thinking of staying elsewhere during our visit, but hotels we were familiar with were so expensive that week. L'Hermitage was a perfect gem - great location, attentive staff, and wonderful accommodations. Would definitely return.

Herzliches Welcome, großes Zimmer mit Balkon, ebenso das Badezimmer mit Dusche und Wanne gross sowie separater Toilette. Ein superbequemes Bett!!! Alles blitzsauber. Sehr schönes Restaurant und das Frühstück a la carté köstlich. Der Service aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Pool außen auf der Terrasse megaschön. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Sekunde superwohl und es tut gut, wenn man aus der quirligen Stadt in diese Oase zurückkommt. Wie haben einen Platz in Vancouver gefunden und genossen, zu welchem wir gern zurückkommen werden bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Vancouver.

We have friends living in the condo side of L'Hermitage, so it is very convenient to stay at the hotel when we visit. Our room was lovely, the bed was VERY comfortable and the bathroom was huge! The fridge and Nespresso machine were much appreciated, as well. L'Orangerie is a great little restaurant, too; good food and excellent service. Which brings me to the best part of the whole experience....the staff. Every single person was professional, friendly and so accommodating. And always smiling! The front desk called us a cab twice when we needed one, and Carol at reception even called us a few minutes after we first got to our room to ask if everything was ok and if we needed anything. It was a wonderful stay which we hope we can do again!
