L'Hermitage Hotel

L hermitage is 1st Class from the minute you arrive. The Doorman and reception staff extremely polite and go above and beyond in customer care. The rooms are spacious and very quiet.

L'Hermitage is probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in. First class treatment! Natalia at the front desk was amazing! She was so helpful and friendly! We came from a cruise so we arrived early, so our room wasn't ready yet. But Natalia brought us to the steamroom/bathroom so we could freshen up, change and she stored our luggage. The doorman at the hotel immediately helped with our luggage and was quick to help us into the lobby. When our room was ready, Natalia notified us and to our pleasant surprise, they already brought our luggage up to our room. We were also treated extremely well at the restaurant. It was so conveniently located and the staff was really friendly. I hope to go back to Vancouver to stay at L'Hermitage!

My husband and I chose L'Hermitage Hotel for a March visit to Vancouver, and it will unquestionably be our hotel of choice for every visit to the city going forward. The atmosphere was unhurried, attentive, and remarkably peaceful despite the fact we were in the center of a busy city. The hotel is centrally located and is close to a Sky Train stop for easy access to Vancouver International Airport. I arrived with a sprained ankle, which is not the ideal way to begin a holiday. The staff, once they were aware, provided me with an ice pack promptly after checking in and without any fuss. It was a small gesture in practical terms, but it set the tone for everything that followed. L'Hermitage Hotel is a place to be thoroughly pampered. It is quiet, beautifully appointed, and staffed by people who appear to take genuine pleasure in ensuring their guests are well looked after. For anyone looking for a Vancouver hotel that combines intimacy, excellence, and genuine hospitality, I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Wonderful boutique hotel. The staff who work at this hotel are so friendly and helpful, everyone was great but Natalia at reception went above and beyond to help us when we mixed up our flight arrival time, we are so grateful. The location is very good, you can walk to many great restaurants and the hotel has bikes you can borrow to bike the seawall. At the end of a long day there is a very nice hot tub and heated pool. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfy and the shower is perfect. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the food was very good and the service was amazing. I cannot recommend this hotel more.

Relaxing stay and great breakfast in calm setting with prompt friendly service. Booked to return for another week at the end of May prior to returning to U.K. Hotel isn’t part of chain so you get a more personal service.
