"Wonderful"

This hotel is one of the cleanest I have stayed at. Hotel was very quiet so we were able to have a good nights sleep staff is very friendly and helpful breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

"Five star Hampton Inn Upstate"

Great stay! Friendly check-in. Clean. comfortable, great beds, great breakfast. This is my new stopover place upstate. Excellent coffee! (And I'm fussy about my coffee.) Only thing we encountered was that, for some weird reason, the rooms with 2 queen beds don't all have refrigerators. They should fix that ASAP.

"Good but not great"

Stayed here before and it was exceptional. This time was good but when we left, we couldn’t even find someone to check us out? Rooms were clean but the ac was very loud! Not sure if this is every room but we were so tired we didn’t ask to move. Wanted to let them know on the way out but couldn’t find anyone to tell!

"Wonderful and welcoming."

Stayed here for 4 nights in April. The employees here should go and teach other Hilton properties how it is done! The breakfast was the biggest I have seen at a hotel since before Covid started. There were always cookies and candy in the lobby. Housekeeping made up my room every day. Most hotels now either do it every other day or only when requested so that was fantastic. The room was very clean and quiet. I had a 6 am flight out and left very early, the front desk had bags with a water, fruit, and a granola bar for people checking out before breakfast was ready. This was great because nothing else was open and it was going to be hours before i could grab something to eat. It is the little things like this that make a property stand out and they are doing it well down in Sayre. If I am in the area again, I will definitely be staying there.

"Great for a two night stay."

Clean, friendly staff, breakfast was great (I love the notes they put on the bananas).

We've stayed before but for some reason the bed was less comfortable this time. No mattress pad on it.

"Great trip, cozy fire, nice hot breakfast with western omelette"

Details, they took extra time to make everything perfect, even bagged breakfast for those in a rush and inspirational messages on the fruit

there was no closet, typically there is an area to hang clothes
