Lakeshore Resort and Marina

Dirty front door. Never cleaned the glass door entire week. Had bird shit on front door.

Dirty door and musky smell in lobby. Dirty carpet on stairwell. No cups in rooms.

we missed breakfast as we thought we were told it finished at 10a..m. when in fact it finished at 9 a.m.

The location was quiet and beautiful. The pool was very clean and wasn't overpowered by chlorine.

I do wish I could have used the soda machine. I only had a card, but due to the weak wifi, it wasn't reading any of the 4 cards I put in. I also wish they had more outlets in the rooms. That's not really their fault, though.

The staff were particularly helpful

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It took a little bit time for the water to get hot but other than that breakfast was good. The people were nice. Excellent stay

I can't really say I didn't like anything. Just took the water a little bit to get hot but that was it. Everything else was awesome

Breakfast was terrible

Room was dirty, headboards were not attached to bed and kept hitting the wall. Very large headboards and fell forward and was close to hitting my granddaughter laying on the bed. Microwave & refrigerator were plugged into a faulty outlet, very very dangerous. Did not work. Shower was only 6' high, if a guest is over 6', they would have to bend over to shower and no way would I consider sitting in the tub. Carpeting in hall way is disgusting, thankful the room had tile. Chairs in room were torn and dirty, old. Pool was cold. The website shows a lounge, pool table, marina, dock... all closed, according to staff for a long time. False advertising. Only reason we gave a 1, is the staff, they do try to help.

They allowed my pet for a deposit of 200$

How the doors wouldn't open after several attempts to open with master key they had to use a box to get into room then we had to change rooms because door wouldn't work properly and every time u left u had to go to office to get another key because ur keys would not work

it was close to where my friends were camping

The air conditioner sounded like an airplane taking off, every time it started it woke me up The room and bathroom were really old and looked dirty The shower head was loose and you could pull and it came out 6 inches from the wall The breakfast was biscuit and gravy.......not good at all....they use to have sausage and eggs or waffles
