When we arrived and went to our room it had not been cleaned. We did get moved to a different room.

I didn’t like that I arrived on Friday went out and no housekeeping done got back to no towels a and trash was not picked up or beds made and when they came in Saturday they didn’t make the beds they simply threw trash and left towels and didn’t take the dirty towels and I don’t have sheets or blanket for the sofa sleeper I complained all I got was I’m sorry and I’m not the only one that has complained

USThe cleaning ladies came in everyday to restock and tidy up the room.
It was muggy.
USI did not like the staff at the breakfast was annoyed when we told her juice was missibg and milk too. In my room there was a dead cacakoroach and next day after cleaning it as still there.
