The Wave Hotel Condado

No pool, hot tub broke, super freezing cold they refuse to put the heat on

Hotel is in bad shape Water in the bathroom is an issue

It was a good stay but the pictures was very deceiving.

2 time staying at this hotel and I love it! I highly do recommend it. In the center of everything and walking distance to everything!

The staff was consistently professional and pleasant. The room is good looking; however there were some small/moderate issues Nikki * Bathroom sink: Slow drainage * Toilet bowl: Weak flush. Became partially clogged *. Only one trash can in bathroom * Had to ask for iron and cloth hangers (only had 4 small hangers. * No facial tissues, ice bucket (first night); no coffee creamer or milk * On second and final day, room was ‘made’ outside the10:00 AM - 2:00 PM set time frame. Bed sheet was not tucked-in like they were the first day. *TV remote didn’t work. Needed new battery * The one chair was uncomfortable hard plastic * Wish the shower stall had a stoop/platform where one could place their foot and easily access lower leg and feet

Is clean

Could not adjust the temperature was freezing cold at 62 F, and just unclean and serious need of remodeling. Mildew on the carpets no buttons for the elevators Great location If you don't mind sleeping in a nasty unclean place. Would not recommend

We stay here all the time. Affordable and great location. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Clean rooms and showers are super hot.

The halls were not the cleanest, the ice machine was broken and wiring was exposed, very limited to no parking on site. Staff was awesome.
