Front counter reception is unreliable because if you call them to request a towel they’ll NEVER bring it to you. You would have to go to the front desk and get it yourselves even if those items should be the room already. The outlet plugs adapters should be automatically given to you when you check in, but you have to ask for it. The channels on the tv is only French. If you’re renting out your units to everyone, the number one language in the world is English and there were no English channels on the tv. Every room should come with its own iron. This place doesn’t, you have to go to the front desk and they tell you where the room is, they don’t show you. When you eventually find the room where they have the iron it smells horrible and the room is unkept. The breakfast in the restaurant is gross. But the dinner was excellent especially the beef samosas. The coffee machine didn’t work the first day and there was a long line up. They didn’t have a good variety of things to choose from, the continental breakfast cost $18.00 per person U.S. and it wasn’t worth it at all. The in-house taxi was useless because if you asked him how long is it to get somewhere, his first answer is “I don’t know”.

Loved all the sculptures and artwork throughout the property. It created a great atmosphere! Restaurant was great.

The staff are not accommodating. There aren’t any elevators to reach to the 3rd floor of the property. I was responsible for carrying all of my luggage upstairs to the room. The menu doesn’t have much variety of choices. I went to the spa because I wanted a facial and the spa isn’t anything I expected it to be . The furniture was all thrown around and unorganized. I’d never stay her again.

A 10-minute drive might seem like it would have a low fare, but transportation costs here are high, with round trips to attractions costing around $50–$60 due to the limited availability of Uber or rideshare services. While there is a public bus stop nearby, it’s not as convenient as having a rental car, which is highly recommended to save time and money. • The restaurant earns a 3.5/5. While the service was excellent, the food itself was average—typical Marriott-style breakfast that wasn’t particularly memorable. First of all room were big and spacious, was my birthday weekend trip mu hubby flew in for it, like the scenery beach the pool which i never got into sad was ..but my hubby fulljoy it for me, I will stayed there again for sure

This is not a 4 star hotel. It's more like a motel. The rooms are very small and many have views of the parking lot. Some staff are very rude including the owner who scolded me for asking for towels. I don't know who does the ratings but I think it is a 3 star at best.

Thanks to the staff we had a wonderful stay! The grounds and room were in excellent condition with the lone exception of faded/peeling paint on exterior art (a very minor issue).
