The night staff was very nice when we arrived and was informative about the bears. The property is in a great location and is close to everything.

There were little ants crawling everywhere, the bathroom sink would leak all over the floor when you used it and the housekeeping didn’t clean the room when we left for the day, they only took the trash and left fresh towels. They didn’t even take the pile of soiled linens and towels that we had properly set near the door entrance. After my husband informed the day front desk staff about our toddler getting sick and having an accident on the blankets and that the housekeepers didn’t take the linen he responded with rude responses and an attitude about it. If a toddler gets sick that’s not a reason to have an attitude nor a reason to be rude because someone asked for new blankets.
