"A good night in Gatlinburg!"

Location was great. Food was good. Cleanliness was good. Quality for money was very good.

This Inn had to be excellent in its day! Huge room, 2 big beds, fireplace, granite counter tops, view, pool, hot tub, good breakfast.... We actually liked everything except for its worn appearance. It definitely needs an update like paint and some plumbing upgrades. We had a good night's sleep there in a very large room overlooking a beautiful valley. No complaints....except needing some maintenance.

The fire place in the room

The lady at the front desk had a bad attitude I had to complain about the toilet not flushing she said she would get it taken care of and didn't then Saturday I complained again and she didn't take care of it then either finally that evening the gentleman working the desk when I complained to him said he didn't know and immediately switched us rooms toilet worked but the water pressure in the shower sucked and that seemed to be the topic of all the guests.

"All in all we’ve only ever stayed there once, we will return hopefully with a better a/c unit"

Cheap rates… The beds and pillows were comfy… We’re only in the room to sleep and shower… Sleeping was 8/10 Showers were hot 8/10 Rooms were clean 8/10

The a/c unit was wonky and kept cutting off if you tried anything other than the fan blowing semi chilled air, The water pressure was, not there…3/10 The key cards needed to be re-learned like 4 times (and no I was not putting the key cards by any other electronics) meaning I go upstairs to call it a night just to find the keys not working and had to trek back down and back up multiple times…3/10
