The property was fair. Had a lot of people hanging around in the parking lot and in hallways. Was very loud, could hear people in hallway and cars speeding off from property.

Last minute and accommodated great

Property was over okay, clean in some areas and not in others. Beds were clean, but tile areas in rooms were sticky- almost as if the residual cleaning substance. Staff was friendly however wouldn’t you expect them to be? Super noisy, walls are thin, so if your a light sleeper- skip this one. Air conditioning was fantastic!

First check in attendant had a horrible atttiude , no clear communication , you could tell in her face she was not happy to be there. Night time check in person also had horrible communication skills, came off rude right off the bat!

Room and hotel are very clean. We have a dog and they were very reasonable about dog fees.

What a dump. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I am perplexed by the good reviews. It doesn’t look like the pictures. I knew right when I drove up that it was a mistake. I travel frequently for business, stay in a lot of hotels and this by far was the worst. I can’t believe Wyndham would attach their name to this. VERY BAD WIFI. Constantly in and out. I was here for business and fortunately did not schedule any video calls. I had to use the hot spot on my phone the entire stay. I complained about it a few times and it wasn’t until I asked to speak to a manager (who apparently does not keep a set schedule and was MIA) that a front desk clerk and maintenance man called my room to try and help. If you could call asking me to contact tech support to fix the issue. I told them I don’t have time for that. The MIA manager should be sitting on the phone with tech support, not me. They acted like it was my just my room having an issue. It wasn’t my room. Horrible surrounding area with bar/strip club in the back parking lot. Loud music until the early morning hours. Lots of noise in the parking lot. Tub was clogged so it filled up as I was taking a shower. Stains on bedding on 2nd bed when I came into the room. Should have been obvious when the bed was made and I saw it immediately when I walked in. Holes in sheets. Stay somewhere else. I should have left after the first of two nights.

Location easy to get to and staff very friendly. Room was nice. We enjoyed our stay earlier in the month and returned for another great stay. Will stay here again any time we are in Wichita.
