Beautiful hotel, great customer service

one of the best hotels, the staff was amazing, the restaurant didn't have many vegetarian options, and the room was always bright we couldn't sleep from the sun other than that the hotel is perfect

The hotel itself is small and intimate with probably the most stunning infinity pool ever. Our room was nothing less than jaw-dropping: huge picture windows from which to gape at the stunning view, jacuzzi to sit in and gape at the stunning view and a second floor terrace with sun beds and a private pool from where to gape at the stunning view; yes there’s a theme developing here! It was a room I wanted to stay in, which was fortunate, as while we were there the weather wasn’t the best. I absolutely loved the room - amazing! It was also completely private; many of the hotels in Santorini are overlooked as they’re all built into the hillside above you. But not this one. Breakfast is served in your room, hopefully on your terrace, and was delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the restaurant as it lacked ambience and character. Because of this we didn’t eat there, we went into Akrotiri or to the little place just outside the hotel. We stayed in Oia, Imerovigli and here and out of all of them we preferred this location. Akrotiri is more traditional and ’ villagey’ and is a five minute taxi ride from the hotel. This is where I’d come back to.

Astarte Suites was so beautiful, luxurious, and perfect for our honeymoon. Their staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive to all our requests and needs. The food was excellent, and the beds were extremely comfortable - I highlight recommend this hotel for a romantic, luxurious getaway.

We loved everything. Maybe add some signage to your hotel. We missed the turn because we didn’t see any and because we didn’t have any GPS. We would stay here again and definitely recommend this place to others. Food was amazing. Staff so friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel. Private terrace and infinity pool were great, very private space to relax in. The staff were very helpful and attentive. One and only negative would be that everything felt damp in the room, which i assume was due to the hot tub inside a small enough space. I thought the bed sheets were damp on the first night and assumed that perhaps they just hadnt been dried properly, however, we noticed that our clothes etc felt damp throughout our stay too. On saying this, it wasnt enough to put me off staying here again. It is quite far from all the towns and villages and the regular bus route doesnt extend out that far so hiring a car is advised. The view is incredible though.
