Sehr sauberes Hotel gute Lage nahe am Zentrum sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Freundliches Personal. Schönes Schwimmbad mit Whirlpool.... Sauna textil frei auch vorhanden. Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr ist aber sehr enge ...in einen Auto Aufzug mit Auto dann runter in Garage mit Aufzug wieder hoch ..eng aber SUV passt hinein...

"Für einen Kurzurlaub bestens geeignet."

Es war ein sehr entspannender Aufenthalt im Ensana Butterfly. Dazu beigetragen hat vor allem der sehr schöne und saubere Schwimmbadbereich mit dem großen Whirlpool. Das Essen in Büffetform war abwechslungsreich. Es war für jeden etwas dabei. Die Lage des Hotels ist günstig, um den Bereich rund um die Kolonaden in gut zehn Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das überaus freundliche und sehr aufmerksame Bedienungspersonal im Restaurant.

Leider erfolgte während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthalts keine Zimmerreinigung. Nach der ersten Nacht haben wir das Schild "nicht nötig" herausgehängt. Am nächsten Tag sollte dann jedoch eine Vollreinigung (mit Schild an der Tür angezeigt) erfolgen, die aber nicht stattfand.

pokoj dobrý, prostorný. zajímavé plastiky, příjemná nová (od poslední návštěvy) sauna, teplá voda v bazénu (jinde často studená voda), příjemná recepce i personál v jídelně - byli pozorní a rychlí, krásný jídelní prostor. Velmi dobrý výběr při snídani. kousek na kolonádu i na nákupy

první den bylo jídlo nemastné, neslané, pak se to zlepšilo, bylo to hodně dietní, jídlo nevyčnívalo. Slečna v Lobbybaru dost netečná - nevšímala si nás, už jsme chtěli odejít a oblékali se po několika minutách, tak konečně přišla a netečně objednávala. Ve srovnání s jinými tam nemá co dělat nebo by měla změnit postoj ke klientům. Káva byla kyselejší. ze sousedního pokoje dost doléhal smích a hluk sousedů.
