ATStaff was super friendly, cleaning of the rooms perfect - Maria made a great job and so did the whole staff - congrats for this team! Breakfast is a delicous buffet and everyday a bit different - as mentioned, great job!
Walls / doors between the apartments are thin, don`t know if it`s the same in the other rooms - you hear everybody- i.e. coming home, tv, shower... I think this is something, the owners should think about...
GBI loved the place, the location was perfect even if you have to drive, as there are super nice beaches and coves 20 mins or less by car from the hotel.
The only thing is that the bed was actually two beds put together so it's a bit uncomfortable
GBGood clean pool area with plenty of shade available. Beautiful buildings and exteriors. Nice location out in the country but just a short drive to Santanyi or Cas Concos
No coffee/tea facilities in room, no complimentary bottled water in room, no safe in room. Would expect all these 3 items as a minimum from a hotel like this. The room felt a little basic for the price and could do with updating the furnishings and bathroom.
DKBed was hard, bathroom was smelly, room was dark, the front door was to low so hit my hard a couple of times
SGWhen we think of the property, we think of Maria. While everyone was nice, Maria stood out with her friendliness and just being her genuine self that made us feel very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool a lot after a day at the beach, the peace and quiet of the surroundings and the restaurant. It has a certain feel to it.
