Hampton Inn Pendleton

Breakfast was decent. No knifes to cut my waffle. The hotel was clean. The front desk agents were kind and helpful.

OMG!! The beds looked all clean and super comfy BUT the mattresses were hard. I did not sleep well, no one in my room did.

Breakfast was not the best. Took awhile to restock food that had been eaten.

The TV remote did not control the volume as would be expected and the staff didn't understand how to fix it. The breakfast room ran out of cups so they had to use room cups with no lids, . It all seemed poorly run and unplanned circumstances didn't have any good resolve.

The rooms are spacious and accommodating.

The pool/hot tub facility was closed by staff three hours after check-in, with no explanation. Then, the next day, they extended that closure through Monday. The reason we chose to book with Hampton Inn was to have a pool and hot tub access. Also, customers with large trailers and toy haulers were allowed to take up to nine parking spaces instead of parking on the street with ample space. This pushed me, someone disabled with a disability tag to not have proper parking. These things are very frustrating to me, and I feel I over spent for nothing. Im very disappointed and will not be booking here when I come back to visit family.

The beds were comfortable

They advertised a pool, that was closed when we got there. My kids were looking forward to swimming after a long day of driving. I went to breakfast at 6 when it opened and was able to have a good meal, but my husband went at 6:45 and they were already out of a lot of the food and even milk! Breakfast goes from 6-10...... disappointing.
