Das Zimmer war extrem laut und hellhörig und das Frühstück selbst für US Verhältnisse schlecht !!! Wir hatten diverse Mängel im Zimmer - das Waschbecken lief nicht ab, die Klimaanlage kühlen nicht und der Ventilator im Bad ließ sich nicht ausstellen. Wir haben dies umgehend an der Rezeption moniert - bis auf das Waschbecken wurde nichts repariert und wir hatten über 100 Fahrenheit!!! Wir wollten dann gern den Manager sprechen, dieser war aber nicht anwesend, angeblich wegen Wochenende. Man gab mir die email Adresse und ich habe diesen 2x angeschrieben, leider bis heute - 2 Wocen später - ohne Reaktion. Dieses Hotel - nie wieder !!!

Over al we had a GREAT time...there were 4 of us (2 couples) and we had a lot of fun. The name on the tv screen was a good touch! The gal (Julie) who was our breakfast "buddy" was a lot of fun and took good care of us and made it fun! However, we did see there was some pink mold in the shower and the jets in the hot tub weren't working and when we inquired about it, we were told by the gal at the front desk that she was the only one working nad too busy to take care of it for us. We were really looking forward to our hot tub time. But overall we DID have a great time playing cards in our room, using the ironing board as a table between the beds! The manager was very friendly as well when we talked to him the morning we left.

We were traveling with our small dog. One the cost was high $75 for a pet. The room we were given had several “stains” on the carpet from past guests, and although the room was clean and did not smell, it was not the best for our dog to have those After scents left behind. Made me wonder after paying such a high fee for a dog, where the money goes. I’m probably more mad at the prior guests who would even let that happen. Ruins it for all us other travelers who have well be halved pets. I did get a nice reply from guest services that they would notify the management.

It was fine. Elevator didn't work which was a big inconvenience for someone with a bad back

A/C quit, went to take shower and all soaps and conditioners were empty. Had to go to front desk as no one answered the phone. Waited approx. 10 minutes as no one was at the desk before someone came. Didn’t have soap available only hand soap. Used my own shampoo and conditioner. Then looked up and found part of the ceiling coming down. Went over with manager however no adjustments were made. Very disappointed!!

Beds were very comfortable, easy check in process, The entire staff very accommodating and breakfast was great! The property was very clean inside and out! We would definitely stay with them in the future.
