Staff was friendly and accommodating.

After finding a bed bug in our room and canceling our stay, they asked me to pay for a night. Subsequently, I was also charged through booking.com. I paid for 2 nights stay although I left shortly upon arrival. The slides were also not functioning and the kids wouldn't go to the pool based on the sight of it. We had high hopes but it did not meet our expectations. At all.

The room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Good location.

The room was noisy, kids screaming from 7 am using the pool and chairs moving from rooms above. Had to request blankets and extra linen as not enough was provided. Very run down property. Only 3 channels on TV. Fan and aircon very noisy.
