Beautiful environment. Lovely pool. Lots of sun beds and a sister hotel with wonderful restaurant.

Steps up to the rooms on D block way to much

Lovely sea view. Quiet hotel and location. Friendly staff and hospitality. Well equipped apartment with complimentary wine, water and snacks which was an unexpected touch. Good selection of food at breakfast and the lunchtime menu was good. Nice restaurants and well equipped supermarkets nearby.

Steps, lots and lots of them.... The bar closed at 6pm. A little early we thought. It would be nice to have an aperitif before going out for dinner or a nightcap. Terrace furniture not very comfortable at all. This would make a huge difference if it was upgraded. It was also disappointing to see guests putting towels out very early morning to reserve their loungers despite signs saying this was prohibited. The bedroom would benefit from blackout curtains stead of blinds same as in the Iiving area as there was a lot of light coming in at night. I felt this hotel lacked a bit of atmosphere. Not much of a vibe unfortunately.

Clean - nice pool area

Too many steps - over 100 steps from the pool to our room . From the pool to the road into town over 100 steps not good for anyone with issues with climbing daily !

A leak in the toilet was on the floor for 4 days It would be cleaned up & the same mess again & again. No compensation was awarded ?

Vi boede i den mest fantastiske sektion (D), længst væk fra reception/restaurant. To personer i fire dage. To dage senere ankom to familiemedlemmer mere - og blev indkvarteret lige ved siden af på trods af, at vi havde to forskellige reservationer og kort forinden tilføjede en upgrade (som i øvrigt var nærmest urealistisk billig). Det var SÅ fin service, og der var totalt familiehygge over ‘hækken’!! Derudover kom vi alt for tidligt til check-in (vi tænkte ikke over det - kom andetsteds fra på øen), og alligevel var værelset klart til os, og vi havde en suveræn start på opholdet - inkl en flaske bobler, der stod og ventede på os. Skøn restaurant, fantastisk morgenmad. Andre steder i Puerto Rico var restauranttilbuddene mildest talt ringe og turistfældeagtige - så det kan faktisk godt anbefales at spise i hotellets restaurant - kvaliteten var virkelig over niveau for byen!

Internetforbindelsen var virkelig dårlig. Men hey - vi var på ferie… ingen stress. OBS for dårligt gående: Vi talte 225 trappetrin fra byen og op til vores værelse… dejlig motion, syntes vi, men nok ikke for alle…
