"A good break good food and sunny weather"

Choice and quality of food was very good. Location of room was good near to facilities. Beds comfortable and cleaned well everyday. Plenty of sun beds and shades in the large garden. Location near to beach and transport and local shop. Good Wi-Fi.

We asked when we booked to be near facilities as my husband has mobility difficulties the room we were allocated was 0314 which was great for facilities However it was up 12 concrete steps which was quite difficult for him and a constant worry he may fall. The balcony was very tiny hardly room to sit together and room and balcony not really suitable for 3 adults although had sofa bed. The dining room was very noisy but lots of families you had to pick best times to eat - but not relaxing. The pool very busy and area quite restricted. The other pool too far to walk to for my husband. We have used this hotel several times as we love this area and have been coming to Los Alamos for 40 years! Oct is our favourite time.

clenliness super. staff very helpfull . breakfast very good, main course at dinner very hit and miss. Salads were super , main courses were rubbish.

The plumbing was erratic! and rubbish!! Trying to get a shower thar worked and was warm was almost impossible, We managed it eventually but only once in a 2 day stay.
