The behaviour at the desk was really poor. They treat us like if we were stupids. At the arrival, it was 30 min to 3pm and they answer as in a really bad and rude mood saying that the room was not ready and was not 3pm so they asked us to read the conditions of the hotel without complaining anything! It is a hotel that is placed in my non-return list
Stayed here for one night for the England football match. Room was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Would recommend.
Alles wie erwartet! Genau das was ich von einem Intercity-Hotel erwarte. Top! Besser geht es nicht im Zusammenhang mit ÖPNV!

Freundlich, sauber, zentral und ruhig
Es war nicht alles so super, Frühstück gibt es z.B. bis 10 Uhr, am ersten Tag wurde nach 9 Uhr ausgehende Sachen nicht mehr aufgefüllt Zimmerreinigung tw. oberflächlich, Bettwäsche wurde abgezogen, aber Wäsche wurde auf dem Stuhl liegen gelassen

Sehr praktisch am Hauptbahnhof gelegen und es gibt kostenlos ein Ticket für den Nahverkehr
Für einen Kurzbesuch im Ruhrgebiet absolut ok, wie jedes Intercity Hotel direkt gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof und somit optimal, wenn man mit dem ÖPNV anreist. Personal war nett, Zimmer sauber. Trotz schallisolierten Fenstern, waren die Züge und auch die Straße zu hören. Alles in allem aber auch noch relativ ok. Frühstück war auch für jeden etwas dabei. Wenn wir wieder mal in der Gegend sind, kommen wir gerne wieder
