Das Essen war wirklich ein Traum! Wir kommen wieder

Super accueil, cocktail de bienvenue et petit mot dans la chambre. Très bien situé et calme, en face des thermes Vita Classica. Hotel familier et succulent petit déjeuner.

Chambre un peu vieillote mais correspondant aux photos du site donc pas de mensonges. Très propres. Literie correcte. Accueil excellent avec fruits, bouteilles d eau et café offert a notre arrivée. Aucune déception lors de notre séjour. Il pourrait quand même avoir un livret d accueil en Français en plus d'anglais et allemand. Petit dej bon copieux et varié. On a mangé le soir au resto de l'hôtel (carte en Français dispo) Déco jolie. Bon rapport qualité/prix/service/quantité. Un conseil: si vous sortez des thermes et que vous êtes un peu fatigué, ne cherchez pas ailleurs, c est ici qu'il faut manger.Je conseille l'hôtel

I was researching an alternative hotel to use when visiting my German business partner. They are based in Staufen which is a very attractive historic town but having stayed there for the past 18 years I wanted to find somewhere different. I was very pleased with finding the Eden Hotel and I will start to recommend it to all our customers from the UK.

This is a fantastic hotel in a fantastic location.All personel friendliness and service from breakfast untill room is great.The only negative thing is about the wifi.Cmon guys this is germany and such a poor wifi quality is not acceptable.I will come again and will check if you really did something for wifi.Thanks you for everything.

Sehr entspannt, gutes Frühstück. Essen im Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.

wie immer schöne Lage, schönes renoviertes Zimmer. Leider ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen..........Abgelaufene Teppiche , schmutzige , staubige Pflanzen. zu vieel Dekosachen auf den Tischen, kaum Platz für mein Frühstück. Frühstücksbuffet war auch schon besser und mit mehr hezblut hingestellt. Packung auf und and die Platte.........

Tout été parfait. Juste un seul reproche : le parking accepte trop peu de voitures.

部屋に着いた時、バルコニーに出る窓がなぜか開いていて、小さい昆虫がカーテンにたくさん貼り付いていてつらかった。追い出すにも気持ち悪く、レセプションに部屋を変えるか追い払うのを手伝ってとお願いしに行ったが、明かりを消して窓を開けて、と断わられてしまった。別の人に頼んだら、その断った担当者が結局ホウキとチリトリを持って追い払ってくれた。 温浴施設前（an den Thermen）の予約だと思っていたし、予約上もそうなっていたが、実際は公園前（Haus am Park)の部屋で、お気に入りの温浴施設のその目前にある、ピンク色の可愛い建物の方に泊まるつもりだったので、がっかりした。公園前の方の建物になることは事前に知らされなかった。サイト上で区別できるようにしてほしい。 部屋にあるはずの湯沸かしポットがなく、雨の中、別の建物のレセプションにわざわざ取りに行かなくてはならなかった。 歯ブラシをレセプションで提供しているので声をかけてくださいと部屋に備え付けのインフォメーションリストにあるのに最初は断られた。別の人に頼んだら提供してもらえたが、他にも貸し出し可能と謳っているのに、実際に頼むとまずは断わられるという構図で、交渉できるとはいえ、そのためのやりとりに疲れた。
