Free parking is available 1 car per room. When the parking lot in the hotel is full, please use the Eulji Twin Tower parking lot(5min walk). Due to the government's regulation on disposable products, toothbrush sets are not provided. Renovation work of the 9th and 10th floor rooms will be carried out from 2026.01.02 to 2026.03.31 during 09:00 ~ 18:00 Renewal of some rooms in the hotel may cause loud and small noises. 　４人一部屋で泊まれるお部屋があり、今回は東大門、明洞エリアに行く予定でこちらを選びました。 　フロントの方は日本語で丁寧に説明してくださりとても感じがよかったです。 　さりげなくアップグレードしてくれたようで、バスルームが２つ、ベッドルームも２つ、ソウルタワーのよく見えるとても広い角部屋で家族も大喜びでした。改装したばかりで新しいです。 　衣類の除菌消臭ができる機械があって、PM2.5のひどい中、上着をきれいに出来たのもよかったです。 　セキュリティーもしっかりしていて、エレベーターはルームキーをタッチして動き、降りてから自分の部屋のあるエリアに入るときもキーをタッチして入れます。 　お水はもちろん、冷蔵庫のお菓子とジュースも無料。コーヒーもカプセルタイプのマシーンが置いてありました。ワオパス機械もコンビニもあります。 　３０年前に一度宿泊したことがありますが、部屋の広さやスタッフの皆さんの感じの良さが今も引き継がれていました。

使い捨てスリッパが清掃の際捨てられていて、新しいのが置いてなかったのがちょっとだけ残念でした。翌日朝出発で、遅く帰ってきて寝るだけだったのでまあいいかと思い、リクエストもしませんでした。

日本語でしか話せない私たちを一生懸命に理解しようとしてくれました。話せなくてもなぜか、通じ合えてすごく良かったです。

特にありません。 一つ述べるとすれば、4人部屋にもバルコニーが欲しかったなぁと思いました。
