Far Out Village Hotel

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Even better than the photos. We booked the village hotel after being torn between the few hotels/types of stay on their site. For us it was the absolute best choice. The most beautiful part of their site in our opinion. A lovely place to chill by the pool overlooking the beach and sunset. DJ booth with chill out tunes, it's vibing! cocktails amazing, food phenomenal & staff even better. When you fancy a dance the farout club is steps away next door, It's all joined. Yet didn't' hear any noise from staying in the village rooms. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, cleaners doing a fabulous job, the hotel overall is well maintained. The complex is situated right on the beach (stunning beach also well maintained). Beach bed service was outstanding, order drinks and food from your bed and they bring them to you. They have a lot of staff to mention, all of which were welcoming, friendly & helpful. The location is perfect. I would 100% stay here again.

I copy my feedback as i sent it to Booking Customer Service to which they did not reply. On 29 May 2026, shortly after 22:00, I completed the check-in process at Far Out Village Hotel. A receptionist escorted me to my room and, after opening the door, left rather hastily. Upon entering the room, I was shocked by its condition. There were numerous strands of hair visible on different areas of the floor, while several surfaces throughout the room were covered with dust. Shortly thereafter, I noticed visible stains on the bed sheets. The most disturbing issue, however, was the presence of a cockroach crawling above the bed's headboard. I immediately returned to the reception desk to report these serious hygiene concerns. The receptionist acknowledged the situation and assigned me a different room. Although the second room was in somewhat better condition, it still fell far below acceptable cleanliness and hygiene standards for hotel accommodation. In addition, the room contained only a single electrical outlet, which made it completely unsuitable for the purpose of my stay and the activities planned during my visit to the island. Given the circumstances, I informed the receptionist that I wished to cancel my reservation. She expressed understanding and advised me that the hotel would proceed with the cancellation, although she could not confirm how Booking.com would handle the refund process. Based on this information, I left the property and arranged alternative accommodation elsewhere that same night. The following morning, at approximately 09:00, the hotel sent me a message through the Booking.com platform stating that the reservation could not be cancelled and asking whether I still wished to have the amount invoiced. When I subsequently contacted the hotel directly, they refused to cancel the reservation, citing their internal cancellation policy.

believe this situation is both unfair and unacceptable. I left the property solely because the accommodation provided did not meet basic cleanliness and hygiene standards and was not fit for occupancy. The circumstances that led to my departure were entirely beyond my control and cannot reasonably be attributed to me.

La posizione fantastica, camera spaziosa, piscina molto carina. Staff gentilissimo e buona la colazione.

Il bagno, cattivo odore e la doccia aveva la tenda non il box doccia .

Un mélange de club mais assez familial Notre 2 eme passage !

L'emplacement, très bien situé, à coté de la plage Mylopotas Beach avec tous les Beach Club autour et des bons restaurants dans les alentours

La propreté n'y était pas (on a retrouvé un papier et une carte de jeu sous le lit), les lits ne sont pas très confortables et le petit déjeuner pourrait être améliorer
