There were bugs in the bathroom, so we decided not to use the shower. The room was very noisy and we could not sleep at night. The parking fee of $30 was very expensive, they did not even tell us there is a fee for parking there and I noticed the fee just on my billing statement.

Great cleaning service and overall experience! The room actually was very pleasant with a descent view!

The fees for parking, really didn’t think paying per night to have parking was necessary. If parking can be free or at least included at a reasonable price, instead of being charged per night, would’ve been a lot better on my wallet and stress free.

We found a dirty sock in our room as soon as we got there we let the cleaning staff know but it was still unpleasant to find

Everything except the shower flow. The bed was just right!

The shower flow was so low that I had to go to a local salon to get my hair clean. And I turned off the air conditioning unit because it was emitting a urine odor.

We didn't eat breakfast because it wasn't included.
