La atención de el señor de recepción fue muy desagradable , algo grocero y para mi es muy importante que esa atención sea amable y por otra parte , yo contrate pensión completa y para mi sorpresa en la cena no te incluyen las bebidas , ni si quiera un vaso de agua , tenia que pagarla aparte y de paso el internet wifi es de pago , yo viajo mucho por motivos de trabajo y es primera vez en mi vida que me quedo en un hotel tres estrellas que me cobran por una hora de wifi , mis críticas no son de carácter destructivo pero si orientativo para que puedan cambiar a mejor , particularmente no me hospedaría más en ese hotel , por lo menos mientras corrigen esos problemas , de resto : la hubicacion , comida ... muy bien

No recomiendo a nadie. Todo muy antiguo y sucio. Cocina con unico ornillo. El baño asqueroso, esa mampara no se lavo nunca. La piscina enana. Imposible descansar con los niños gritandote y salpicandote.

The hotel is nice and the staff are very helpful. We had great time as the location and food were brilliant. The facilities in the room need modernization but the price is a great value for money. The hotel was close to the shops and Loro Park and also they organized our other trips to mount Tiede and Siam park. We found the staff to be very nice and very helpful. The food was excellent and plenty of it with lots of varieties. Generally the experience was great and the Island is really beautiful. We would recommend this hotel if you are looking for value for money.

Hôtel à proximité de la plage et du centre ville Literie de qualité satisfaisante Équipement cuisine minimaliste:2 plaques de cuisson et un frigo,plus quelques couverts et ustensiles. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié Petite piscine sur le toit de l'hôtel qui ferme à 19h.

Nette saubere Apartments mit Balkon und teilweise Meerblick, am Dach befindet sich ein Hoteleigener Pool.

Muy bien situado y el espacio de la habitación muy bien aprovechado, pero la limpieza del hotel en las zonas comunes no era la mejor, y ya iba necesitando una reforma porque las instalaciones están un poco viejas. Aparcar en los alrededores no es fácil.

Great food. For just €8 per diner the buffet is excellent. Friendly and helpful staff at the bar. The lady who cleaned out room every day is a star. Maybe only 20% of the staff speak English but they all doing the jobs as good as they can. Great Spanish team. Will be happy to stay at this hotel again. And the location is the best! Not to hot and close to every thing for a nice holiday.

Primero al llegar deje mi maleta en almacén hasta el check in y al volver alguien la había cogido por equivocación y cambiado la cerradura así me di cuenta aunque el personal lo negó ... Segundo las camas parecían de agua ... tercero te cobran el wifi y luego no llega a las habitaciones y te dicen después solo va en las zonas comunes, claro ya se ha pagado antes el valor ... y lo peor CUCARACHAS ..... increíble de verdad ....
