L'organisation d'un mariage restreignant l'accès à la piscine et gérant des nuisances sonores.

L ambiance est très convivialité et le personnel à l écoute. La réception a été hyper réactive à nos demandes.

This hotel was amazing, clean, very accommodating, staff was extremely nice, food was delicious. Services for hamam and massage were also excellent. A big shout out to the restaurant team for all their support for our specific asks and flexibility of dining time whenever we wanted to and not striating us to a limited time frame to eat. The food selection was also impressive.

There were a lot of bees, they can benefit from screens and the pool closes too early. Should be open till sundown to accommodate people sight seeing etc and coming back around 6-7pm.

Dass das Hotel ein grosses und sehr kaltes aussenpool hat und die lage sehr ruhig war man kann sich sehr gut erholen

Erstens das Personal solte ein lächen im gesicht haben und die gäste grüssen können .wir haben das Hoten wegen dem pool genommen hatten 3 nächte also ca 2,5 tage um ins pool zugehen, aber am vorletzten tag war eine hochzeit geplant aber uns hat das Hotel nicht informiert wie wir es gebucht haben.wir haben es am gleichen tag wie die hochzeit war erfahren. wir haben aufgeregt daraufhin zugesagt dass wir denn tag wo wir abreisen denn pool bis 17 uhr benützten dürfen und im zimmer bleiben können und am letzten tag hiez es dann wir müssen von zimmer raus aber denn pool können wir benützen.daraufhin haben wir ihnen gesagt dass das nicht ausgemacht war und gaben uns dann ein 2 bett zimmer für ein halben tag .es sehr mühsam wenn man 3 nächte und 2,5 tage pool bucht und streiten muss .

El hotel en si mismo es espectacular. El personal es muy profesional.

El hotel necesita unos arreglos, tanto en las habitaciones, los baños sobre todo, y en zonas comunes. El servicio de restaurante deja bastante que desear.

Las vistas, la cama, la piscina, a 5 mins andando de uchisar.

Las cortinas no son opacas y no hay persianas...entra muchiiiisimo la luz asi que imposible dormir. El personal no habla muy bien el inglés. Cada noche se escucha música de fiesta de un local de al lado.
