Sauna stuk , geen water, binnenzwembad met veel chloor waardoor je niet kon zwemmen. Wifi kamer stuk. Zelfs aangeven aan receptie maar ze deden niks ermee

The place is just next to pigeon valley and beautiful property and lightening around the place. Staff is helpful and rooms and compfy and clean.

baloon view in the morning is not that good as compared to Goreme but this is not the hotel issue as most baloon fly from goreme.

Dear fellow travelers, If you plan to visit Kapadokya, do not doubt for a second to stay at Uchisar Kaya Hotel! I found this hotel by accident and it breaks my heart when I had to leave. My check in was late and I was welcomed by Nur. She is friendly and it was a quick process. Zuhre is fast respond on WA, gave me a wonderful room with a magnificent view. Wake up to a fairy tale view every morning! Husein borrowed me umbrella when it was raining outside. For activities, talk to Hedi, he is a recommended activities expert! Due to weather balloons were not flying so Hedi gave another option and I chose Jeep Safari. It was super fun, the driver was also super crazy hahaha. No balloons no problem! My flight was rescheduled and Hedi encouraged me to not just stay in the room. My last day in Kapadokya I went to Erciyes Ski Resort (around 1 hour driving from Kapadokya), Hedi arranged everything and it was an unforgetable first time experience!! They dropped me off back to the hotel even on time at 6pm as requested, amazing service! I was planned to have 3 days Kapadokya and 2 days Istanbul trip but I am glad my flight was rescheduled so the entire trip is an exclusive Kapadokya trip! Thank you so much for your ultimate best hospitality : Reception team : Hedi, Zuhre, Nur, Berkay, Cem. Milagro Spa : Sude and Almira (ask for Almira for the best Hammam experience) Breakfast team who always welcome me with smile. Their breakfast is a regal feast! Best quality of food! Housekeeping team did a great job, my room always clean and they pay attention to detail! Love it!! My utmost gratitude to the entire team of Uchisar Kaya Hotel for your help and extra mile service. The hotel location is perfect, especially for the morning view of the balloons. The breakfast was very good with many options of cold and hot dishes and a selection of fruits and pastries. The staff was helpful and the hotel manager was very friendly and professional. The views of the Pigeon Valley and Uchisar Castle are amazing.

The hotel is old and needs urgent refurbishment. The images on the website are deceiving, the rooms are too small, the paint job on the balcony railings is chipping off, cracks on the balcony walls, and weeds growing between tiles around the pool pavement. Old outdated furniture takes up a lot of space in the already small-sized room (advice to management - replace the wooden wardrobe with a clothes rail and hangers to save space, install a full-length mirror instead of a chunky desk, brighter lights in the bathroom by the make-up mirror). Overall attention to detail is lacking. If you're looking for an authentic cave room experience, be mindful when booking, the rooms on the upper floors are not cave rooms.

Uchisar Kaya Otel beklentilerimizi tam anlamiyla karsiladi. Konumu kapadokya otellerine gore bence en ideal olaniydi. Manzarasi mukemmel. Sabah uyanip balonlari izlemek cok keyifliydi. Guleryuzlu ve ilgili personeline deginmeden gecemeyecegim. Rezervasyonumuzda bizden kaynakli bir problem olmasina ragmen, Kubra Hanim butun misafirperverligi ve anlayisiyla problemi bize yansitmadan cabucak cozuverdi.
